Eleven years have past from the establishment of NetShobo Inc. A major concept of this corporation is to create a new book world in internet. “Net” means the internet, and “Shobo (書房)” means a book store in Japanese. In those days, book stores in internet are not so familiar to people. We tried many subjects using internet. We have, however, not appropriate method to realize our concept.
NetShobo does not aim at an ordinary book store. Our book store is not only for professional writers who should have income via publishing books but for grass roots writers or voluntary writers whose primary purpose is to publish their knowledge, their concepts or their aesthetic senses via books as means. As liberalism has been the engine to create modern civilized societies, this voluntary spirits for books will have to create a new world of books.
Recent development of tablet terminals have made this be possible and realized. We can create a new book world where people can freely read books, write books and publish books. Moreover, in that world, all books are interlinked each other, authors can connect their sentences to places on other books. It is as hyper links on world wide web.
NetShobo have released the beta version of zipub which is the system and the application to make it realize.
